Boone or the other pioneers had the comforts of this cabin, they
would have never left the woods.... This newly built cabin has a
king bed in the bedroom on the main level and 2 queen beds in the
loft bedroom. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, jacuzzi tub, shower
open kitchen and living room areas. Fireplace adds some romance to
an evening of watching TV. Gas Grill for cooking up some steaks for
dinner
after a great day of sightseeing, or there are several stores, fruit
stand and restaurants nearby in Trenton, GA.
You will be a short distance from
Lookout Mountain and attractions such as Rock city, Ruby Falls,
Point Park, Raccoon Mtn. Pumping Station and Park, Lookout Mtn
Hanggliding Park, Lula Lake and about 20-25 minutes to downtown
Chattanooga, TN attractions.... such as the world famous Chattanooga
Choo Choo, IMAX and Aquarium. Be sure to make a dinner reservation
at the Canyon Grill located on Lookout Mtn. Many stars have gone
there for the great dishes that you will only find at the Canyon
Grill. This restaurant is also a local favorite.
Front porch offers peaceful serenity
and view of woods and when the trees are bare, you will be looking
at Lookout Mtn. in the distance... Take a hike or sit in the rockers
on the front porch and just relax or read a book and listen to the
sounds of nature... You may want to just relax in the hot tub after
a fun day of vacation.
Watch the playful chipmunks and squirrels, or enjoy the sounds of
the many birds that find homes in the woods surrounding the cabin.
And yes, there is a large rock/boulder with moss on the South side
of the rock sitting in the woods just in front of the cabin. This
cabin is perfect for a family getaway where the boys can be boys and
the girls still have the modern comfort of electric appliances and
running water. Plenty of things to do to keep a family busy for a
week.
